    I wouldn’t want one of these, even back then, the kind of radio this phone uses causes brain cancer, and the battery is Nickel-Cadium, one of the most dangerous batteries, EVER!!! This battery would get very hot when charging, and Ni-Cad batteries have good chance of exploding.

    hahaha, the technology today is so much more advanced that that commercial made me crack up! (although that cellphone mustve been pretty cool to people back then)

    if you can afford a jeep and a speedboat…you Might be able to afford this phone.

    and I’m SURE he was able to get a signal in all those places! there were no cell phone towers then!!
